SAVE THE DATE:  The third annual Farm-to-Restaurant Workshop & Culinary Fair will be held on Monday, August 13th in Gainesville.  More information to come soon!  This goal of this event is to bring together farmers, distributors, foodservice professionals, and others to better understand our North Central Florida food system, and how more local food can enter local foodservice outlets.  Please email Val Leitner for more information:  Val@blueovenkitchens.org.
