A former tenant of Blue Oven has become the curator of the 1323 South Main Street facility. We would like to celebrate the folks continuing to share that space who are working so hard to bring you great, local food. We ask that you support their efforts to grow into a thriving local business. Many of these folks are willing to source from local farmers whenever possible, if they are not already doing so. So if you’re a locavore, just ask! Below you will see three categories of entrepreneur: Catering Businesses, Specialty Product and Prepared Food Businesses, and Food Trucks & Mobile Food Vendors.
