We are currently studying the feasibility of several locations for Blue Oven’s first facility.  Our facility will provide certified space for the processing and storage of food products, as well as a guaranteed space for cooking classes and special events (such as canning days and fundraisers).  We are accepting donations that will be applied to this goal and also towards our Farmer Food Safety Certification Fund (which provides farmers with the certification needed to work in an inspected kitchen and fosters a climate of food safety in our region).
