In studying the feasibility for our and other kitchen incubators throughout the country, one main lesson we learned is that – since kitchen incubators focus on community and community building in one way or another – most operate exclusively on the line between the red and the black. Therefore, any assistance you would like to offer is most appreciated.
We apply it to our continued pro bono consulting for start-up and expanding food entrepreneurs and new cooking class instructors. We also use funding for workshop and cooking class creation and offerings to the community. We are currently part of a multi non-profit team studying the feasibility of a larger, community food center (which would include an expanded version of a kitchen incubator facility). It is our hope that this can be accomplished in the next 1-2 years. If you are interested in this process and how your donation may assist us in creating such a facility, please contact Maya (information below).

Thank you very much!
