Main Facility
We are currently raising funds to open a facility of our own. We anticipate that we will need one year’s operating capital; some build-out, equipment, maintenance, and materials funds; and a modicum salary for a part-time kitchen manager in order to accomplish this. In the meantime, we have the Referral Service Program (described below) to help meet your inspected kitchen needs. Please contact Val Leitner at the above email address to see if there are any current openings, and to get on our list for information updates about our progress towards a facility.
Referral Service Program
The Referral Service Program is how we match existing, inspected kitchens with appropriate users. If you own or manage such a kitchen, or are interested in renting one, please read the relevant documents below.
